Elizabeth Castillo, MHC-LP
As a clinician, my goal is for you, the client, to have the tools and insight necessary to achieve your version of success. Whether that’s improving communication with your partner, understanding your behavior more, or finding productive tools to decrease your anxiety, etc I want to work with you to achieve that. I view my clients through a person-centered lens, with a psychodynamic focus to understand your past, while working towards your future success.
I strive to provide a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their inner selves. I believe in a personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of modalities and techniques to best support each client’s unique needs. I work with individuals, couples, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals figuring out their relationships—whether that’s with a partner, family, friends, or themselves. I also enjoy helping people through big life changes, like entering adulthood, switching careers, or stepping into a new phase of life. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—we’ll move at your pace and figure things out together, one step at a time.
