Hello and Hola! You’re probably carrying more than usual right now. The world feels uncertain, and on top of that you may be dealing with grief, loss, or major life changes that make everything feel heavier. It can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and at times invisible to others. In therapy, we slow things down and make sense of what you are experiencing in your day to day life. We look at what feels most stuck, what may be keeping it that way, and begin building ways of coping that feel real and sustainable.

My approach uses CBT and EMDR, focused on what helps you. I offer feedback and adapt as we go. As a Latina and first generation Mexican immigrant, I’m especially attuned to culture, family, and unspoken expectations. Many people I work with were taught to carry things quietly or push through without support, so starting therapy can feel unfamiliar at first.

I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and straightforward. A place where you can say what has not been said, understand your experience more clearly, and feel supported in making meaningful changes. If that sounds like what you are looking for, let’s talk.
