Counseling can be emotionally hard work. Finding the right therapist shouldn’t be. That is why I tailor each of my sessions to fit your needs. Together, we find what works for you, designed specifically for you, with your strengths in mind. I believe that counseling starts with building connections with therapists who recognize your strengths and your culture. I am able to provide therapy in English and Spanish for those who wish to conduct sessions fully in Spanish, using my background in the Latinx community to help make sessions feel comfortable and culturally appropriate. In my therapy work, I take a non-judgmental approach and allow you to be you.

I have worked with young adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, and trauma. I utilize an evidence-based approach that combines a multicultural perspective to be able to provide culturally sensitive therapy to my clients. I have previously led grief groups in English and in Spanish around grief and healing from loss.

A goal of mine is for therapy to feel like a welcoming and safe space. I want you to take away valuable skills from our experience working together, and know that you are equipped with the tools to control the things you can control. I recognize that everyone has strengths that can aid in their healing journey as they navigate the world of mental health. If my message resonates with you, send me a message so we can start you on a path of healing.
