Sarah Greenberg, Ph.D.
I'm the founder of Greenberg Psychological Services. My approach is active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I’m here to help you move forward, not just sit in the same old patterns. I draw from behavioral approaches like ACT, CBT, and DBT, but therapy with me is built around you—what matters, what’s stuck, and what’s next. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, direct, and serious about doing real work, we’ll probably be a good fit.

Yessenia Ayala, LMFT
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit is an important part of the process. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals figuring out their relationships—whether that’s with a partner, family, friends, or themselves. I also enjoy helping people through big life changes, like entering adulthood, switching careers, or stepping into a new phase of life. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—we’ll move at your pace and figure things out together, one step at a time.

Elizabeth Civik, LCSW
With a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, we'll cultivate a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and behaviors. Together, we'll address any barriers to living authentically and create a personalized treatment plan. By demystifying mental health, identifying your values, and tuning into your emotions, we'll empower you to achieve your goals.
