Hi, I’m Rebecca — a therapist who believes healing happens when your mind, body, and nervous system finally start working together instead of against each other. My approach is collaborative, patient, and grounded in the idea that you don’t need to “fix” yourself — you just need space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
