Eliza Glovin, LCSW

I am a psychotherapist working with adults of any age navigating transition, anxiety, and general curiosity about the patterns in their lives. My practice is client centered, evidence based, and trauma informed in order to address the individual strengths and challenges of each client, and explore the systems we engage with that have deep internal impacts. I will offer non-judgmental insight in order to clarify and challenge limiting beliefs and patterns, and generate insight and progress. Together we will build a warm and safe environment that encourages curiosity, vulnerability, and change.
