Therapy is a space to experience a type of listening that can be transformative. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, particularly as they navigate grief, loss, and life transitions. Perhaps you have experienced a recent loss or transition that feels overwhelming, or perhaps you want to strengthen your connection with your partner.

We will explore your history, relationships, and patterns with curiosity and care. Through deepening our understanding of ourselves, we can deepen our relationships with others while finding relief in the process.

My approach is creative and grounded in curiosity, play, warmth, and authentic connection. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, incorporating attachment and meaning-making for individuals, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I see my role as helping you connect to the strengths that are already present within you.

Together, we will build a relationship that allows for growth and appreciates all parts of your identity. I value the depth of psychodynamic work alongside practical feedback that can help you navigate everyday challenges. I also believe in the power of a laugh.
