Mimi Lebowitz, LCSW

I am passionate about hearing people’s stories. I believe that understanding your own narrative is the key to having agency and control over your life. Each client’s needs and aspirations are unique and warrant individual attention and respect to reach their goals. I place emphasis on client-therapist relationships and fostering a safe and healing environment, and utilize a trauma-informed and compassionate approach. While I draw from many modalities, my practice is rooted in a combination of psychodynamic, inner-child work, cognitive, mindfulness, and somatic processes for those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and abuse.
