If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to early parenthood, this can be a time that feels uncertain, overwhelming, and full of discovering yourself in new ways. Support can feel especially important during this time. I specialize in perinatal mental health and am a licensed social worker from The City University of New York’s York College. I support people through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, including postpartum anxiety and depression, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, and identity shifts. I hold a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, with a focus on sexuality and gender, which informs how I understand the connection between personal experience and larger systems and supports my work with a wide range of sexual and gender identities. As a trained birth and postpartum doula, I draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, along with mindfulness, grounding techniques, and practical coping skills. I also support survivors of sexual and domestic violence and offer a steady, trauma-informed space where you can feel supported and understood. My work focuses on helping you build self-trust and emotional resilience through this transition.
