Jessica Zambri, LMSW

Therapy is a space to slow down, get honest about what's happening, and start taking real steps toward what you actually want.

I'm a licensed social worker specializing in perinatal mental health. I work with people through pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, fertility stress, birth trauma, and the identity shifts that come with early parenthood. I also work with couples and partnerships of all kinds, personal and professional, and with anyone who wants to feel more like themselves.

My approach is warm and direct. I'm not here to just nod along. I collaborate with you using arts and mindfulness-based approaches, including EMDR, EFT, and CBT, paying special attention to how culture, family, and larger systems shape what we carry.

Before therapy, I spent decades as a musician, songwriter, and artist manager. That background shapes how I work: I listen closely, follow your lead, and pay attention to what you say and what you don't. The work is built around your values and your goals.

I offer in-person and online therapy in New York.
