Jessica Zambri, MSW (Coming Soon)

You may be moving through a major life transition—pregnancy, postpartum depression or changes, fertility stress, or something else that has knocked you off balance. Maybe you're feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or the people around you in ways that are hard to name. Therapy can be a place to sort through what is happening and find a way forward that feels more like your own.
My style is warm and direct. I want your feedback. I want to know what is helping, what is not, and how therapy can be useful to you. I draw on EMDR, creative, relational, and mindfulness practices, and shape the work together with the person in front of me. I'm curious about what's driving things, what's helping, and what's getting in the way.
I'm especially drawn to working with people navigating perinatal mental health, the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone worn down by perfectionism, shame, or the pressure to keep it all together. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades as a musician and facilitator. That experience taught me to listen closely, read the room, and follow your rhythm. I respect each person's story, their voice, and life experience.
I offer in-person and online therapy in New York.
