Margot Gaggini, LMSW
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, life transitions, school-related challenges, family and relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and everyday stress.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges children, teens, and families often face. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
